Motorcycle Accident Insurance Motorcycle Accident And Insurance?

Motorcycle Accident And Insurance? - motorcycle accident insurance

I'm in California I was involved in a motorcycle accident only. Chambers immediately after two motorcycles collided in a separate, but close in time and distance from mine accidents. Now the insurance company comes after me to pay the bill (metaphorically). What should I do? Suggestions?

If others do not collide with the car accident / bicycle and they do not encounter or the person you hit. So you're in a situation independently. I did this before .. The view is normal, because 1 of them are not sure what we are trying to go after the person with it. You must write a letter to your insurance company and speak, and call to a manager .. Tell them that their situation has nothing to do with your situation. Your bike is not hiting the other person in contact with another car / bike is nothing to do with the accident. just because others are not to worry, that has nothing to do with you.

Tell them they are not involved in the situation, and therefore have no responsibility for it. Suffice it to say "I've been in a motorcycle accident only involved. Immediately on the hiring of two motorcyclists in a mine near but collided with the time and distance separate the accident."
